Volunteer Opportunities

Introduction to Woodworking at the Lands of Hillside Farms

On May 3rd, we will conducting a open forum on Woodworking at the farm. Discussions will be on restoration of buildings, barns and furniture. We are looking for volunteers who are willing to help with restoration projects. Woodworking experience a plus, but desire to learn, a greater plus. Also to be discussed will be our need for tools (donated) for the new Woodworking shop. In the near future, when the Woodworking shop is completed it is our intention to start Woodworking classes for all levels of expertise from beginner to master. Anyone with a interest in teaching please contact Guy Kroll at 570-262-3507 or email him at jake84868@msn.com Please stop in at the Dairy store and sign up for this forum.
